MEASURING- I recommend either measuring your dog’s neck around where it will be worn with a soft tape measure, or measure the internal circumference of a collar that fits your dog well for the most accurate fit. 

 

The collars will have 5 holes of adjustability spaced 0.5” apart on single layer collars, and 7 holes of adjustability 0.5” apart on double layer collars.

TAPERING- This is where the width of the BioThane is reduced at the buckle to create a lighter weight collar.  For example, a 1.5" (38mm) Collar can be tapered to 1" (25mm) at the buckle.  

There is no additional cost for tapering, please mention this in your order notes and which width you'd like the collar to be tapered to. 

 

CRYSTAL LAYERS- don’t forget about crystal lined layers! You can add a 1.5” layer to any 1” design, a 2” layer to any 1.5” design or a 1.25" layer to any 3/4" design for an extra pop of bling.

 

LIMITED SLIPS- We offer limited slip collars for single layer collars only. To make your collar a limited slip, add the Limited Slip Upgrade to your cart.

SHIPPING

Cloud Nine Collars is based in the UK, but we ship internationally. All shipping costs are flat rate, you will not pay extra for additional items. 

​

We use minimal packaging (Bubble Mailing Bags, Paper stickers, a matte business card and strong paper packaging tape) so your packaging can either be reused or recycled. It's not the prettiest, but it gets your collars safely to their destination.
